The One Hack to Escape the Business Owner Hamster Wheel

There's a fundamental problem for any business owner:

You're too busy to develop your business.

You fend off busywork like a champion, but don't find the time to bring your business to the next level.

Quoting famous Michael Gerber:

You struggle IN your business instead of working ON it.

If it feels like a hamster wheel, that's because it IS.

Even worse:

The faster you're running, the deeper you dig yourself in.

Because you're busier, more stressed, and lopsided than ever.

What a nightmare!

But luckily, I have a simple solution for you:

Step One: Set one hour in your calendar every day.

Step Two: Have a proven and coherent success framework.

Step Three: Deploy that framework a little bit EVERY DAY.

That's it!

One hour, proven framework, a bit a day.

Simple.

But not easy, I understand.

Otherwise, you would already do it.

I know how hard it is because I've been there.

Which brings us to the core of the matter:

WHY don't you do it?

HOW can you start?

And how can you KEEP doing it?

Let's tackle each briefly:

Why?

Most probably it's a mixture between lack of awareness, habit, and lack of tools.

Awareness is necessary to start, but not sufficient to stay with it.

Habit, therefore, is key.

How can you start?

Simply by forming the right habit.

Which here is to make one hour every day.

If the old habit was to dive right into busywork, the new habit will be to spend the first out with business building.

How can you keep doing it?

Just by strengthening your habit.

And strengthen you to do it by sticking to it.

You put yourself on an upward spiral.

If you say:

"Where on earth should I shave off an hour every day, while I'm already knee-deep into stuff"

I hear you!

Make it 20 Minutes then!

But set a fixed time in your calendar and stick to it.

Quoting famous James Clear:

Stick to the habit, but be flexible with the scope.

If you don't get to bake in 20 Minutes of business building, go back to square one.

I can't help you. - You will first need to dig yourself in deeper, until the pain is so strong that you start.

Good luck!

Oh... I nearly finished off without answering another big question:

WHAT framework should you use?

Go with the "Traction" framework by Gino Wickman.

It's proven, coherent, and makes sense.

(I know several 7- and 8-figure entrepreneurs praising it in the highest terms. And I do the same.)

Please let me know your thoughts, here!

Have a GREAT day.

Thank you!
